Got Questions?Can I join if I'm a female?
Yes!! Phi Sigma Pi is a gender-inclusive fraternity. Members of all genders identities are considered Brothers. How much does it cost to join Phi Sigma Pi? An average semester of dues is between $90-$140. It's comprised of national due and local dues. Payment plans are available. What if I can't attend a recruitment event? If you cannot attend an event, please email the Recruitment Advisor, Maranda Teutsch at mteutsc@ilstu.edu with your reason for being absent. This is important as Brothers will look at your attendance when voting for you to move forward into the initiation process. Is there a hazing policy? Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity does not condone physical or mental (emotional) hazing of any kind, by any definition. Can I still join if I'm in a social fraternity or sorority? Yes!! Many of our Brothers are involved with different organizations besides Phi Sigma Pi. If you feel you have the time to commit to two fraternities/sororities, you are welcome to do so. How will I know if I'll become an initiate? If you have been selected for the initiation process, an e-mail will be sent to you, congratulating you and informing you of the required details. |
If you have questions about the recruitment process or our chapter that are not covered by the above questions or the informational meetings, feel free to contact our President or the Recruitment Advisor.
